Domestic (US)
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Visa/Master Debit Cards, and PayPal ((sales@powerofgoodnetwork.com)) as forms of payment. If you want to pay using PayPal you must complete the entire ordering process selecting the PayPal Order payment option, and following the process of completing your PayPal order. If you don't already have a PayPal.com account create an account before you try to make a purchase using PayPal.com on our website. Please Note: We do not accept Orders made by mail with personal/company checks. We advise anyone that wants to pay for orders using their Checking Account to create a PayPal, because it is safe an secure and you can transfer funds from your Checking Account, PayPal.com balance, Credit Cards.

Shipping
Shipping and handling fees:
Domestic (US)
- Shipping and Handling in the U.S. is a FLAT $5.95 for your Entire Order, or FREE on orders of $20 or more. Most orders of 15 items or more are usually shipped by FedEx Ground, orders with less than 15 items are usually shipped by the U.S. Postal Service. Orders from Alaska/Hawaii, are usually shipped by the United States Postal Service.
International
Delivery (All Orders)
Since we only sell what we have in stock, most orders are usually shipped between 24 and 72 business hours (1 to 3 business days) after payment is processed, EXCEPT during periods when we have a larger than normal amount of orders, this may delay the fulfillment process for a day or two. Orders submitted after 2pm on Fridays, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, are considered placed on Monday, because our warehouse does not do fulfillment on the weekends and do not process orders on Friday after 2pm.
For orders destined for a US address, please expect delivery in 3-4 business days after it leaves our warehouse (We usually ship within 1 to 3 business days).
Please Note: PowerOfGoodShop.com owned and operated by The Power Of Good Network Inc. is not responsible for non-delivery, mis-shipment and/or re-shipment of packages due to inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete shipping/billing information that you provide. Returned, re-sent and/or misdirected orders will be charged the full cost of shipping charges, plus a $2.00 handling fee. Basically please make sure you provide the correct address, review your address before you submit your order

Returns/Refunds
Sorry because 10% of all Product Sales is donated to the Childrens/School Organization that is featured on this website we can not accept Returns or give refunds. However, if you receive defective merchandise, please report it to us. Defective/Damaged Merchandise situations will be handled on a case by case basis.
International Customers
Please Note: We can not accept International orders.
